If it is a double middle name I think it is a bit too much. It would be better with single syllable names in the middle.

This child's name will be longer than he is at birth. I wouldn't use as many names, and stick with the traditional first, middle, last name.

I don't understand the W M part, but I am also not a fan of the first name. that is my boyfriend's first name and he was teased mercilessly all through out school. He even went by his middle name his whole life, but as soon as anyone would find out that was his real name he was teased. It's sad to give a little boy a name he is going to get made fun of for. I would put Thomas Cedric Bradford if you're set on having that name in there.
