I just read this story about Jess Jackson, the founder of the Kendall-Jackson wines, where he is going all around the world buying top horses to breed to his Amrican stock. He claims that new bloodlines (with more stamina and bone) are the key to better American breeding. I tend to agree...American race horse breeding has been driven into a corner of the population (but that's just my opinion).
