  1. I remember that news. That is awful.

If there are improper behavior on bus, bus driver should pull over at shoulder of highway or corner.

Brawl did not happen on bus, but similar situation happened in NYC.

While I was in Simon Baruch Junior High School and during the trip to Waterloo Village, NJ via ShortLine, our student was noisy, so driver couldn't concetrate on driving, so he pulled over on the lane, and told them, "Please behavior yourself as you do in school. If not, I'll stay here until you regain your behavior."

Soon as everyone quieted down, driver move.

That school bus you should pull over, let the student who wasn't involved out, and driver should have dispatch commander center to dispatch police or sheriff.

  2. The driver is always in control of and responsible for the occupants and the vehicle, whether a bus, car, SUV, truck - whatever...If someone creates a disturbance, the first duty is to make sure the vehicle does not pose a threat to other people, vehicles or property...Get off the road and bring it to a safe stop...If the offending party will not comply with instructions of behavior, then notify authorities of the situation...If someone wants to fight, get away or as last resort defend yourself and other non-combatants...Nothing in the book covers this sort of thing, so a cool head and common sense are all that can be relied upon.

  3. I remember being a loud mouth bratty teen and how my attitude was obnoxious

they should ALL be found at fault and be held accountable
