I prefer smaller schools with a small group. This would be a big no no for me just because of the amount of people.

Yeah, the bandana is a dead give away.   Look elsewhere.

I have to agree with Annie.

The pictures do not speak well of the club. However, the wording, the testimonials, etc seem better...

So, it is really hard to say.

I would suggest asking around in your area. Are they known as big open tournament competitors? Is it known as a closed class? (These are usually the worst - even worse than groups that focus on open tournaments, if that can be believed..haha)

I wish I could say either way, but you will need to do a little more research...

I agree with Mito Sensei. The headband thing, to me, is the height of tacky and just screams "Kraddy Kid" ...jeez...but you never know...

But as a MA, why would you want them?

The thing that sticks out to me is how in so many of the pictures, the students seem to have awkard/incorrect techniques...though, I've never trained in that martial art.  Still, all too often they're in positions that would leave them more off balance than other, similar positions.
