  1. no veggies

  2. well it depends on you, if you like it, then its good...

    its just fine with me...:)

  3. That's an excellent, well balanced menu.

  4. Sounds delicious, but I would add something more with the lamb, like potatoes and asparagus.

  5. I think it sounds perfect, especially the pears at the end of a heavy meal. Just make sure everything is fresh and in season and you can't go wrong!

  6. Where are the veggies?

  7. Not sure about the pumpkin risotto, never had pumpkin.

Rack of lamb served with roast and boiled potatoes, carrots, cauliflower and broccoli, and of course gray. Yum

Dessert sounds nice, but I don't eat deserts.

    Bon Apetite

  8. Sounds good, but maybe you could include a light salad or add it into the main course or something. You do need green vegetables to make a complete, healthy and yummy meal!

  9. I don't like the idea of a Risotto as an appetizer.

Love the rack of Lamb and the Creme Brulée, but a pumpkin Risotto is too filling for an appetizer.

  10. It sounds very good, and professional.

If you want to make a healthy dinner full of nutrition and fulfilling of others' needs, then I suggest you add some sides to the main course...

The sides include... potatoes, corn, peas, rice, asparagus, etc.

You do need some veggies in your menu, as someone else suggested.  You already have the meat (lamb), and fruit (pears).  I would say that the dessert it very (professional and) a great choice!

  11. Throw in a Greek salad and oven roasted veggies and you've got a winner!

  12. sounds yums! does the meat come with potatoes or spinach or with what....?

  13. great!!!

but you can add before the dessert sliced fruits - this will be good and sliced vegetables with salt on plate like cucumbers and tomatoes... you can also add salad this will be great... yum... XD

enjoy of prepearing and good luck - i'm sure it will be great

  14. Where are the vegetables?

Serve the lamb on a nice geen salad.

    Overall, this sounds very nice.

For the Pumpkin Risotto, chop up some little cubes of pumpkin (1cm by 1cm) and pop on a baking tray, drizzled with olive oil, and bake for about half an hour on  200 Celcius. When theyre cooked through, sprinkle on top of the risotto when serving. Very nice :]

    Xx
