What do you think of this name for a person that makes sandwiches?

What do you call a person that makes sandwiches for a living? There does not seem to be an actual job title for them. So I have made a professional name for them. It is: "Sarnista"

So when you go to the sandwich shop, you can get your order made by a Sarnista. What you think, will it catch on?

Lol the name is good, don't think there is currently a name for sandwich makers although my friend used to work in a subway and apparently his job title was 'sandwich artist' haha
