What do you think of this name for our little girl?

What do you think of the name Nora Elizabeth?

Elizabeth would be her middle name and named after her grandma who has passed.

I love old fashioned names, although don't want to choose one that is too trendy or strange... what do you think of Nora? If you have any suggestions (old fashioned or alike that are NOT too trendy) please share! Thanks!

Nora Elizabeth will serve her well as she grows into adult hood.

I feel sorry for any little boy named Jayden etc...... cute while a child but as a 50 year old????

I like Nora Elizabeth, although i think Dora Elizabeth would sound better.

but I do like the name Nora, I just think Dora sounds better with the middle name Elizabeth!

I LOVE that name :)

My sister had a baby girl and was going to name her Meadow Elizabeth...and I loved it, she chose Marie the last moment though...right before she signed birth certificate to name her after our aunt.

Norah Rose is one of my choices for a girl's name....named after my great grandmother Lenora and my other great grammy Rosa...

Having a name with meaning is the way to go...that way, it is a way to "stick it" to people who may not like it :) haha....

PLUS...

It has a meaning for you and your whole family...you are giving your daughter a piece of her grandmother that she will never meet...that's a great gift. Lovely name for a lovely girl :) Congrats!

Nora Elizabeth is a beautiful name.

My suggestion is Madeline Elise

Madeline is old fashioned and Elise is a short form for Elizabeth.

I love your name choice though.

My girl is named Madeline Jayde. I'm pg again and due in 5 weeks. Her name is going to be Hannah Elise.

Well it's kinda hard to pronounce hence the 2 vowels. norA Elizabeth. A E is too hard. Elizabeth Nora would be easy to pronounce, it's cute, and it includes your grandmother's name.

Nora Elizabeth is so cool, she'd be unique amidst the 20 Hannah's and Maddie's in her class, but eveyone would be able to say her name and Elizabeth is great since its after her grandmother. I've always loved the name Eliza Carrie, which is pretty old fashioned. Wish you the best!
