my sister was walking down the street with my 2 brothers and 2 friends,they heard a cat meowing and went to look for it.they found it down a storm drain,and went to the local police dept,fire dept,and mayor and they wouldnt help.so she called a local news team and they came out and did a story on it.The poor kitten was first discovered on Sunday it was Wed before the news was contacted.
