    why because the dress is alright but everything else just makes it look trashy try wearing it with black shoes a long black necklace and a few bangles

  20. Wow, nice outfit! But it all depends on the wearer. Not many women can pull off a very low plunging neckline outfit like that and not look trashy/S****y. If a woman can pull the outfit and the look amazingly well, I will give her a 10. Otherwise, she would look like a desperate hooker.
