Affirmative action is not unconstitutional because it has not been ruled unconstitutional by the United States Senate. I researched in an encyclopedia that said, “Some research has indicated that as many as 15 percent of freshmen enrolled at some of America's most selective colleges are wealthy white teens who failed to meet their institutions' minimum admissions standards, furthermore these wealthy white teens outnumber students who benefit from affirmative action.” Wikipedia. Affirmative action is not just available for blacks It is available for women, Hispanics, Asians, and Jews. Although whites make up 65% of the USA population, “whites hold 88 percent of the highest paid jobs in the federal government and 92 percent of the very highest salaried positions” Washington Post. The Washington post also conducted a poll that said that only 17% of Caucasian males had faced employment discrimination because of their race. To top it off, a survey conducted by Pew Research Center says that 63% of Americans support affirmative action.

  1. Maybe you should post your paragraph on a site for politocal activities.  As I understand it, this is a site for helping one another with languages, not for promoting one's politocal agenda.
