take it out of black and white and get a picture not so close up so u can see more background.

Although it's nice that it's somewhat unbalanced (the figure is not in the dead-center of the picture plane), I think there might be a bit too much space on the right...so still keep the figure to the left, but maybe crop off a little of the background on the right side.

Also, you may want to lighten the face, and add a little more contrast...her face is the focal point, but just a bit on the dark side.
