It is for sale; I saw someone else on here was checking it out. Do you think it is worth the price? To me it sounds perfect. What do you think of it?

I go to bahamas everyear, and there is a lot of property that looks good on the outside  but messed up on the inside. It sounds to good to be true. be careful.

Yes.. it sounds perfect.. but you'd have to see it, research title (which is tricky in the bahamas) etc.

Someone selling this kind of property on ebay seems a bit shady.

That's a great price but how do you know it's for real. Something to check out in person, don't you think?

Sounds perfect and the pictures look lovely, but things are not always as they seem.  I would never make a purchase of that magnitude on Ebay without seeing it, exploring the area, making sure there is a house there, etc...

The seller also has no feedback within the  past few months, and prior to that looked like clothing was and one item sold often.    

I would find a good realtor to work with instead.

It sounds and looks perfect!  That's a lot of property for the price, though ( 120 acres, boat, membership, etc.) .  Take a little vacation and go see it.  Something sounds fishy.

If everything is above board, then it is absolutely worth the price.
