  1. huh kinda makes me think of movies like

    -the matrix (series)

    -irobot

    -terminator (series)

    and japans making it worse

they mad a robot that resembles a baby

and when it grows up its going to take over the world!

  2. We will "mesh" and "unite" and form a "symbiotic relationship" with technology, so that flesh and machine will become one, and then...

    We will become...

    "Rusty..."

    (Just kidding...)

  3. I'll give it a go.

Actually "machines offering power that men do not wield" has been achieved over and over again in history, starting from the invention of dynamite to the invention of the computer, and it's been both a blessing and a curse. It's been a curse when the nuclear bomb was invented, but it's been a blessing when we managed to cure a lot of diseases and feed the world thanks to the advancements in technology.

But, I consider that usually, scientific progress is a blessing more than it is a curse.

It's gonna be a time probably when we will have so much power that we will be able to destroy the whole world in just a matter of minutes, but it will be a challenge, let's say, not to do it. And that's when the survival of the species comes in. And so far, we've been through a few ups and downs in human history, but I think we can keep on going and repeat our existence.

I think your point is more pessimistic then it is realistic and you should give some credit to human nature in the sense that it won't self destruct. I know it seems like a bizarre/science-fiction concept to think that, but I don't see it happening anytime soon.

  4. yah.. rusty or the BARBOBOT!! sorry for those who have no idea what im talking about... (sealab 2021, funny cartoon)  RIP whatever that guys name is who played the voice of capt. murphy

now to actually answer your question....what do you mean by repeating our existence?  and what machines will offer us salvation... and if this made up lala land does actually happen, do you think that we humans being as stuborn as we are will actually take help from machines?  not unless we specifically made them to help us.

  5. Watch the movie Wall E

Cept theres no happy little robot to show us the way.
