  1. I don't think it is really true in the sense that there is a lot more to life than that but it is a very funny quote and Blackadder is being ironic when he says it. He is trying to say that there is

nothing in life but hard work bills and then death.

  2. we are born, we live, we die.

running up bills is just one facet of living.

I wonder what this was said in reaction to.

  3. Ha ha ha, Hopefully, in between- "One Enjoys".Lol.

    (((Hello World)))

  4. That's a very ineresting quote. I'm not sure if it rings true for me...I plan on doing many more things before my death. But, that's probably a vague idea of how we all will live. Thanks for sharing that with us.

  5. I can't remember that one even though I am a big fan.

  6. the quote summarizes the usual life of a human being. yes, somehow it is true. but the real meaning of life fills all the gaps in between (birth--bills--and death)

  7. It's similar to saying that we eat, we drink, we die.

    Maybe.

But I like to think that an awful lot of good things happen

    in between.  :)

  8. Sadly, yes.

Hard NOT to die in debt anymore.

  9. it sure seems that way!
