What do you think of this reported 3 way trade between the Warriors, Wolves, and Hawks?

It's not certain, it's been circulating around some blogs, (including my favorite, gsom) but what are your opinions on it anyway?

T-wolves give Mccants(Gs), Carney(Gs) 2009 first round picks(Atl).

Hawks give Josh Smith(Gs)(after a sign and trade).

Warriors give Wright(Min), Bellinelli(Min), and Harrington(Atl)
