What do you think of this team? What do I need to get better?

Trade Kevin Smith while you can get something for him...Maybe offer up Smith and Deuce for another stud RB

Peterson and Mcallister is good 1-2 punch at rb, trade bush and get a top tier TE. Smith will be the starter in Detroit the only real weakness I see is Watson and Bush.

Every other position looks solid

I think this is a good team,   You have two awesome RBs in AP and Bush,  three solid receivers, a top-5 TE, and a solid if not spectacular defense.  You may want to consider a better backup defense; Baltimore's going through major changes right now and unless they're playing a weak opponent, there will be some major bumps.  You also may want to consider a better backup TE also.  Brady doesn't throw to his TE too often, so you might want to look elsewhere for a back-up.

With this team, I'd say a playoff berth is in the cards, but the league title is in your sights with a move here and there.

I would offer sumthen' like R.Bush+Cutler for B.Westbrook

Or: Shockey+Bruce for A.Gates

(Any 2 inferior players for 1 superior player type trade can give your team the edge needed to pull away from the rest of the pack.Throw a bencher with a starter.Bench guys usually only play during bye weeks,or fill in for injured players.Which,

in theory is good to have good back ups,but I'd much rather have better starters..And every year players emerge that you can snatch off of waivers to replentish your bench.
