I think it's very cute and it's age appropriate.  I think it would look really cute with jeans or casual bottoms and Uggs.

It's pretty ugly, sorry. I think you're too old to wear hoodies like that. I think you should go for something more refined and doesn't have crazy patterns. It looks like something a 14 year old would wear.
