  1. The mother needs to sue everyone involved in the case for millions of dollars.   The idiotic mandatory reporting laws may protect some, but I sure would consult with a lawyer.

False allegations are problem enough, without some nut case psychic starting them.

  2. Kinda boring

  3. That is insane. Radical.

  4. It shows why so many people try to educate others of the dangers of magical thinking. Why it isn't "harmless"...

It also helps to expose psychics for the charlatans they are (and the lack of critical thinking that surounds them)...

Here is a site that lists dozens of sad stories (including this one) caused directly by such magical thinking.

  5. I'm not sure.

  6. The issue with suing is that when you sue a school it's the public that pays.  She should threaten to sue, or go through with it until everyone that was involved is terminated by the school board.  I am sure the with the threat of such a clear cut lawsuit the school district would fire whoever to make the mother happy.  At this point justice has been served and the brain dead people would be distanced from the impressionable young children.  The ouija board line at the end was priceless.

  7. Unless I missed something, I did not see where the little girl was taken to the hospital for a rape kit to be administered.

That is just f-ing stupid that the school board would even consider a psychics word without doing an investigation to protect the school, and quiet possibly a teacher that wasn't doing anything wrong.

Rather irresponsible on the school's part.

And rather embarrassing for the girl and her family.

  8. Wow, that's like a perfect storm of stupidity, all colliding together. A fraud psychic pulling the usual scam, a moron EA who believes the psychic and then involves the kids she teaches at school by making some vague connection, and then the most mind-boggling stupid of all, a principal who acts authoritatively on this vague cold-reading report and has the nerve to tell the parent that the child is being sexually abused because of it. I'm most disturbed by the principal in this story. It's another example of how zero-tolerance policies lead to zero-intelligence behavior.

  9. this is really serious but i don't like the sound of this story at all. it is not the girl's fault but she could've been a bit careful and the school should've taken care of her better. i hope she is doing better now.

  10. They all got conned by that "psycic"

  11. A bunch of retards.
