The person in it complains that psychics are not taken seriously. Skepticism aside, the video better help her goal if it was presented in a more serious manner. She should probably write out what she wants to be said in her video and rehearse it a few times so she does not to pause and think about what to say next or say "Um" quite as often. Losing the gum would help too.
