  1. Personally, I find it a little patronizing.  He sounds like he is talking to five-year olds, not to other teachers.

  2. Eh...it's sweet and all, but not terribly helpful.

  3. i'm not a teacher; rather a student. and from my perspective i think it works well FOR the teachers AND for the students. see let me tell you something. if you don't like a person or her attitudes, or the way she talks or her dresses anything about her, you'll take one day or two to put up with her. on the third you'll be exhausted and really mad at this person. same goes with the teachers...teachers don't like teens much because we make mistakes but they did too when they were teens. and after several attempts of trying to put up, they get tired and just get on the bad side of the teen. most of the times, teachers don't like us...and when they don't, it usually means that they put us down with the best of their efforts. i thought there was nothing biased in a teacher's behavior. but there is unfortunately. and what that guy said, actually works well (i think)...but it'll cost a lot of teachers' patience to get there.

  4. That's a great message. It's all about not letting other's get the best of you.
