found it and was delighted. "my verdict" is best link anyone has ever provided. this is something that i am going to see that many people i know read. (i am a retired journalist and have some good contacts).

i hope you continue to do your work and please send any new items or comments you care to provide. i thought i was informed - still have much to learn. that is a good thing.

Good idea but you know it will never happen "they" would find ways of subverting the system and getting cronies in as ever.
