I switched  to Virgin over a year ago. Must say that I've had NO probs at all. They can offer some good deals if you keep a look out.

ive had the phone and broadband on cable for a few months, thru no choice of my own as house i moved to had it set up already and bt wanted 125 pounds to re connect their line. had a prob recently with phone not working but it was sorted quickly and it was due to a fault in the box down the road which could equallly have happened with another company as well. over all im happy with it particularly considering we are paying ten pounds a month less than we were for pretty much same service from BT

I've had a few problems but always find the staff on call very friendly and helpful. The internet has been great, the phone stopped working...their tv network is good too.

Expensive as h**l!

Give them a call and threaten to leave.  I got my bills cut in half because I did that ... they have a whole section on it on MSE.
