  5. It sounds like u are a very commited vegan. Thats great. Your diet looks extremely healthy. The only thing i would recommend is to make sure you get your protein and your iron. Since meat is the food group that u usually get those things make sure u find an alternative to it. But other wise keep up the good work!

  9. Seems right though I would forgo the after dinner snack for a couple of doublr scotch rocks

We eat pretty much the same for breakfast and snacks though I don't use soy milk. am not vegetarian so my lunch or dinner (which I usuall skip anyway)  would have some fish or chicken about 3-4 times a week and maybe a 10 oz steak every now and then..

  10. Actually, it looks like you are getting enough protein. The soy milk, peanut butter, soy yogurt, brown rice, and probably the fortified cereal all have protein in them. The vegetables have about 4% protein in them too. According to the American Dietary Assiciation, a healthy diet need only have 10-15% protein in it. Most Americans exceed that. If you eat a variety of vegetables, like you already do, you will get all the protein you need. Protein from meat has all the essential amino acids that you need whereas protein from a single vegetable will not give you all 9 essential amino acids. But, if you eat a variety of different vegetables, all essential amino acid requirements will be filled. You are doing great. Suggestion: Raw veggies are excellent. More nutrients that way. I usually have a spinach salad before lunch and dinner. Raw celery and broccoli with hummus is a good snack too.
