What do you think of white hip hop dancers?

Question

I hate seeing white break dancers or hip hop dancers - I feel bad because they're so talented but it just doesn't seem right. But I am one. What do you think? Just a random opinion question.

omgg,  yeaa, i totally know what your talking about,  I use to think it looked wierd when white girls did hip hop and all that,  Like black girls just look in there skin when they do hip hop, u know, they just look so good at what they do, Although I dance a lil bit of hip hop and im white...

it is not weird AT ALL.

that is if that dancer knows what theyre doing.

i just so happen to be a hip hop dancer, and a break dancer.

after my shows, people always comment on how i break it down.

i got the booty and i know how to work it.

and people never let me forget it.!!

huh? I never thought it looked weird seeing white break dancers and hip hop dancers. Truthfully, whenever I watch someone compete in a bboy competition the only thing I care about is their style and skills. Hehe, its all about the throwdown. BREAk YOURSELF

umm...hip hop/break/street dancing is a style of dance, and whoever wants to do it and has a passion for it, can do it. i'm a white girl, and i've been taking dance for 14 out of the 15 years of my life, and i'm in the highest level of hiphop-street/break dancing that you can acheive at my very prestigious studio. if you think that only people of a certain ethnicity can be the only ones 'allowed' to break dance, then you're just racsist. it's like saying 'i hate seeing latina ballerinas'. and you call yourself a dancer? i'm so confused. if you think it's so wrong, then why do you do it? seriously! dance is an art and a passion, which obviously you are too immature to comprehend. no where in any books did it say that you must be of a certain race to be accepted as a hiphop dancer.

i think they are just as good, maybe better.

but yer i kinda agree with you

i think its just cause most of the time you see more black people doing it.
