Question

i havent had my period all this month.

i took a preg. test from the dollar store and it said i was pregnant.

is there a chance i might not be

i am going to the doc. on tuesday

Mild period like cramps are normal in early pregnancy, it's most likely just your ligaments and muscles stretching to make room for the growing baby. It's rare to get a false positive on a pregnancy test, so I'd say congrats, you are pregnant. It's good that you have already set a doctor's appointment to make sure of everything though. i would say you probably are honey but make sure you go to the doctors if you are worrying about this it can also make your periods come late Good luck{mother of 3}xx

You are DEFINETLY pregnant honey. It's really hard to get a false positive.

I think you are pregnant!  False positives are rare and always due to either a miscarriage or certain hormone drugs.  The cramping is normal and will go on for several weeks.  It will feel like you are starting your period.  As long as there is no bleeding you are ok.  Congratulations and Good Luck!
