What do you think should be done to mothers whose boyfriends molest their children?

My neighbor was arrested and convicted for molesting his girlfriend's children. the children's mother was crying yesterday saying she miss HIM soo much and wish they'd let him back out of prison!

Nothing should happen to her, but her children should be taken away so that she doesn't shack up with another molester and put her kids in danger again.

She should care about her children more than his perverted a**. I've seen this before...if she confessed to knowing about the molestation, she should face some charges and have her children taken away from her.

She has some serious issues.  If she didn't know, that would be one thing, but to be crying and wanting him back even after what he's done to her kids, oh man...

I hope the kids can be somewhere safe.  It's apparent that this mother has a lack of judgment when it comes to her kids.  She should be relieved of her kids if she wants their molester back!  Sad when a woman chooses a man over her own flesh and blood.  She shouldn't even be a mother!

I say drug them, put them on a plane, ship them to the jungles of Bora Bora and leave them with the wild beasts for a few months. Then return and ask them if they still miss their guy, if they say yes leave them there for good if they say no bring them back but give their kids to a responsible family.

If she was truly ignorant of the molestation, nothing.

If she aided and abetted (and this does happen), she should be in prison for the same length of time as the molester, plus forfeit all parental rights and undergo sterilization along with the perpetrator.

If she actively ignored what was happening to her children, she should lose all parental rights to her children.

The punishment is to be determined on a case-by-case basis.

I think that they should definitely be arresting. Just because the little cute kids are crying for the man back, doesn't mean that they understand completely of the situations. For god's sake, they're only kids!
