what do you want to change?,what would your ideal beer be ?

I don't know what the Hole Beer industry is.

If you mean the WHOLE beer industry, then nothing. Right now the pressure on the megabrewers is great, they're making changes in their lineups, which can only help the smaller beer companies because it highlights the limits of the big company beers. Plus it's fun to see all the c**p they pull out that people fall for, only to realize its just c**p.

For the smaller guy's it's been a great time recently. There are TONS of small breweries that are jostling with each other for sales and exposure, which is great for the consumer. More options, more experimentation, more imports from small guys in Europe.

There's always stuff that could be better. Small guys selling out and so forth, but I think that's always going to exist.

I want to see more informed consumers. Most US beer drinkers have no idea that great beer is being brewed here. The big companies have used frat boy advertising to "dumb down" both their product and the people buying it.

The only reason big beer companies keep putting out crappy beers is because they can. Uninformed consumers keep buying it.
