What do you think [skating] i need to know as soon as possible?

i'm a skater and need new skate shoes and a complete skateboard. the shoes will be between $30-$40. the skateboard will be between $110-$130. once its august, i'll have $93. how can i make enough money by august to have both? and if i can only get one because of my money shortage, which should i get?

Sell stuff that you don't need anymore:

1. Hobbies you have no interest in now

2. Computer games, you have completed

3. Get a part-time job

4. Borrow money off family or friends

5. Ask for pocket money "allowance" or a raise

6. Do jobs around the house for bits of money here and there

Be patient, good things come to those who wait (I know it is hard and easier said than done)

Are you sure your wheels are worn down? You need new bearings for your wheels? Is you deck still skateable?

Try looking on Ebay or Rollersnakes or Route66 for shoes, they always have deals on skate shoes

Do some extra chores or sell stuff. But if you had to pick one pick the skateboard because you can skate on it with any shoes mostly. but with the shoes and no deck or board they are useless.
