What do you think society installs in our heads that is toxic?

In my opinion, too much. Though I was wondering you guys noticed.

That people share, that good things happen to good people, that what comes around goes around, that justice is served, that hard work always pays off, that you can accomplish anything as long as you put your mind to it, that life is fun, along with a million other things I could think of if I tried hard enough. ;-)

In my opinion, too much also.  However, I think the worst thing is the encouragement of stereotyping and prejudgment.  If only society taught people to be more accepting and open to others.. or at least to give them a chance before banishing them.

They plant in our heads that:

Status is what is important!

Toxic!

Everything that pop culture has created.

that life is glamourous, see MTV,

life is energetic, see ESPN,

life is s**y, see Playboy.

Media is very toxic, and how it is manipulated across multiple levels is very dangerous.
