Ok, I applied for several positions at my former college that I qualified for. Six weeks later the president of the college told me that he refuse to hire me because I am disabled and because of my religion. My disabilities and my religion are unrelated to the job performance. What do you think that the EEOC Office will do about my complaint against the president and the office just curious?

  1. They will conduct an investigation (or at least just ask the company for a response).  If they believe that your case has merit, they might bring suit against the company for you.  If not, they'll let you know that you can proceed on your own.
