What do you think the Mothman really is?

If these accounts are true, Mothman may be some type of demon.  The man like form, with wings, and talons, and claws sound very demon-like to me. Considering that demons are supposingly fallen angels, and there are several types of angels, it's possible that these could be fallen angels/demons that have lost their light. To answer the first person's question of why would they give warnings if they were demons/bad?  To obtain veneration and worship from humans who would be wowed by a being that had this type of knowledge.
