What do you think the OPEC countries will do with the USA once they own it?

OPEC would (now) manage just fine without ANY business from the US...

Current output is about 35-40 million barrels a day, of which 20 million barrels (and rapidly falling) is imported into the US.  Since only half their oil goes to the US, OPEC  might be unhappy, but would hardly be distraught if we just vanished!
