  1. They will probably change the rules and grandfather the girls in to accommodate the chinese. When has anything ever been fair?

  2. i think they should be striped of there medals they don't deserve them for cheating

  3. "When a nation cheats (and I'm not saying the Chinese have) they should not just lose their medals, they should be banned from that event at the next Olympics."

If you really mean it, USA would not be competing here because Marion Jones cheated.

  4. Another conspiracy .

  5. So much for 'innocent until proven guilty'.  I guess it only applies to the Americans. That's why USA has highest crime rate in developed countries, becasue the juries are formed by discriminative, racist people.  No wonder the innocent got jailed and the criminals got away.

  6. They've already found there was no conclusive proof that the Chinese gymnasts were underage.  However several newspapers, including one in China, showed that a couple of the gymnasts were several years younger than their "official" passports state they are.

  7. It is fair because those 4 Chinese girls did look to young to compete.

  8. probably since the games are almost over...they'll let them keep the medal.

    suck it, FA

  9. They will award them another gold for being so sporting - and USA gymnast will get the sour grapes award.

The whole world is laughing at USA, for being such poor losers.  And USA is worse than cheaters for resorting to dirty tricks to try to undermine winners.  What with condoning hackers to fake documents on age, are USA a country of cheaters?  Guilty until proven innocent?  [is that how USA works?]  You only reflect that the only perceived biasness there is, is only found in USA, and don't try to accuse the olympic judges, you already confirmed it here by your hypocrisy.  Prove me wrong.

There are 10,000 documents on Chinese internet showing that all USA athletes used banned steroids,  so I believe they are true.  And did they bribe their way through?  Come on, how do you prove the innocence of all these charges?  I challenge all those who accuse the Chinese to prove the accusations of drug tainted USA athletes wrong.  Can you do it?  Even if the athletes provide evidence to the contrary, and everyone still insists they take drugs, what is your option?  And shall we disqualify the whole USA team?  But since Marion Jones cheated before using drugs, I am inclined to believe all USA athletes cheated.

I know that there is no way USA can catch up with China, live with it, sore losers!  Don't try more cheating tricks.

  10. they decided already, the girls are infact 16.

  11. This is not being decided in the "Olympic courts" which is really the Court for Arbitration of Sports, which is who heard the Paul Hamm case after the last olympics. This is merely an investigation by the IOC to look at all of the evidence out there. There is no judge and no jury. And the problem is, that there is evidence on both sides...the documents submitted by China, and the reports uncovered online (which were not recovered illegally...the man merely went through browser caches...he didn't "break into" any Chinese government websites...look it up). Since they will have to find incontrovertible proof that her age is 14, I don't think anything will happen.

  12. The Olympic Courts are going to have to come up with conclusive evidence. If they do, the gymnasts will lose their medals; if they don't then the gymnasts will keep their medals. And it will be difficult to get evidence if the Chinese Government (who would provide the definitive evidence) are complicit with cheating.

  13. I don't think they're going to decide on anything before Sunday. They want to get out of China alive after all. Hopefully they'll make the obvious decision after the games, and strips those cheaters of their medals.

  14. its run by the chinese people, and they're deciding if chinese people cheat.  of course they will find that the girls are old enough

please rate me, by the way:

  15. I don't know but I think it's c**p that the only thing that happens is the medals are taken away. The real winners have been robbed of their victory experience, their moment in the spotlight, the playing of their national anthem, etc. When a nation cheats (and I'm not saying the Chinese have) they should not just lose their medals, they should be banned from that event at the next Olympics.

  16. I really hope that i never end up with any of you as a jury!

    WHERE IS THE PROOF?

A couple of news reports that say that a reporter in China once said in an article that .... SO WHAT!

I am not saying they are 16... I am not saying that they are not... I am saying that it does not matter how old you, me or anyone else thinks they are. The IOC were provided with passports and birth certificates and the matter was investigated twice so legally, whether you like it or not, they are 16.

The only people who have provided proof of an evidential standard are the Chinese and until their accusers can provide PROOF of their allegations, to an EVIDENTIAL STANDARD this debate is over!

Apart from saying "they're obviously not 16" NO-ONE has been able to SUBSTANTIATE a SINGLE ALLEGATION!.

No PROOF, No Case! That is the law anywhere in the free world!

Agree with it, disagree with it but get over it!

  17. Ugh USA will never get over this until their medals are taken away. Which won't happen since the investigation is OVER. IOC BELIEVES THEM! It's about time we do too.

  18. I just don't get it. Even if they were younger than 16, it's not like they are robots or something. They earned it.

Freaking bad losers... America is world's laughingstock.
