What do you think the Supreme Court's role will be in the future?

Hopefully less involved in legislating from the bench.

Probably the same as it always was.  Interpreting the Constitution and laws per their Liberal or Conservative stance.

To restructure a sound bodied congress of conservative thinkers that know either direction results in an "UP or "Down" motion of life, and eliminate the "left and right" idiots from our governmental seats. while reducing big government to a minimum.

if it keeps going as it is unchecked they will be writing the laws in this country.
