What do you think the best brand of Deep cycle battery for trolling motors would be?

Look for those new Optima Spiral type batteries. They come for different types of applications, with,yellow, blue and red tops. They are better for boating since they can handle vibrations better. I've seen them at Walmart and Canadian Tire.  If you look them up online I'm sure you could find which is best for you.

Two very good manufacturers that I've had no problems with are Trojan and Interstate.  You can also buy Surette batteries but I think they're too expensive for what you get.
