I think they would be happy.The country they created has lasted this long and built so much.As for anyone who would think they would be on the side of only the left or right.Learn some history the fought back and forth amongst themselves.Also look what they faced at the time when they created this country.a war with a super power of it time.It probable would have been a harder time to understand why we are cry so much about so little.They had hard times we only face an economic down turn.tears and sobbing.....

I don't even want to imagine that. They'd be displeased, very displeased. At its beginning, america's founding was the most inspirational, the most rational, country ever founded. To liberals out there who hate on america, at its core the constitution was written with the absolute best of intentions at its time. The birth of true democracy.

But the founding fathers never anticipated modern media, and modern polarization as a result. Preying upon the ignorant for votes, though they're the most victimized in the entire process.

I honestly think they'd all, to a man, be very displeased as to what has taken place this past 7 yrs. The erosion of civil liberties. A nation gripped by fear and manipulated into a war as a result. It's a sin, it truly is.

But the genius of the constitution, and the fabric of which the country was built... is unlike most other countries, america has the capacity to reinvent itself. No one would have seen the civil rights movement catching on, yet it did. In sudden movements seemingly everything can change, progress can occur.

I think they'd be very disappointed, but the country can't be counted out. On a dime it can change, unlike most other countries.
