Well...1 and 2 is probably going to be Mexico and USA (they can swap orders) as usual.

3rd spot, I think both Canada and Honduras will fight for that spot.

4th spot, they will have to play a two game playoff against the 5th place team in CONMEBOL (South America) and I will fancy the South American team in that one....
