What do you think they should add in NBA 2k9

Tell me what you think they should add...do u like nba, nba 2k or nba live series better

I'm a huge NBA fan and a NBA video game player, so i mostly play NBA Live until the 07 video game that was pretty glitchy.  Now i Play both 2K and NBA LIve.

Being a video game player that plays all sports game, one thing i saw that i would one day like to see on NBA Live and/or NBA 2k

is what Madden Football brought in 2005, NFL Superstar.

NFL Superstar (for people that don't play Madden) LOL

is like an individual dynasty about a created player that goes through a whole career

This is how it works

you start as a pre draftee' and NBA scouts scout you for the upcoming draft, you go through pre draft work outs to see how good are you at you position.  you go through the draft and you work out with your team and teammates for the up-coming season, you decide if you want to start or come of the bench. as you play through the NBA season you get achievements like rookie phenom, 3- point threat, perimeter defender, all star ,and NBA Superstar once you reach that status.

During Gameplay you can hire/ fire an agent and either demand a trade or talk about you coaches, the up-coming games,and the playoffs

Also you can change your appearance, hair style, tattoos, etc.

Once the season and playoffs are over you go to offseason mode where you can retire, become a free agent and sign with a team, work on your skills, sign an advertising deal, just about anything that a real life NBA player does during the off season. And even move into nice bigger homes with nicer stuff based on the salary you get each off season

Then you pretty much go through the season again and as you become the best NBA player you get more interviews, offers to star in movies and shoe signing deals. also more big name agent will be able for you to sign with.

Also they should do something that changes the rosters as real player signs/ waived with a team or gets traded from on team to another. something that will update your game's roster once a real life changes occur

they should also have the development league incorporated as you play a dynasty mode so you can sign a player that been great in the D league  

    

i think if NBA Live or NBA 2k can incorporate these changes in any future games then more people would play NBA games

2k8 was a little shabby on the layups, falling short and getting pushed in the back while going up and misssing. that was the only part i didnt like. so fix that and

ADD: the FIBA teams competing this summer

         Classic Teams: 80's lakers, 90's bulls, 01 lakers, 95 Magic,  80's celtics, late 80's early 90's pistons aka the BAD BOYS.

add those two things, fix lay ups and player faces with create a player, (too red and looks sticky around the mouth area. hmm wonder what happened there.) and i guarantee that it'll blow Live out more than it already has the past 3 years.

Their bodies and movement feels so hard. They should make the frame rate something like between 2K8 and NBA live 08 because in live it seems a little too soft. They should also improve on animating the faces. Also, like what live will be doing, they play only according to their strengths. In 2K8, KG and Bosh spot up on the 3 and they actually make the 3s wtf? Dwight was also given a jumshot. Live has the features but the way they do it, it needs some tweaking.

i like nba 2k series and I think they could make the animations more fluid and fix the various glitches the guy above me mentioned.

I think the game play has changed slightly each year since 2k5. It seems a little slower each additional year. Therefore, I would invert the game play movements and action back to 2k5 days.

Ive been a 2k fan since 2k6.

They should fix any network problems they have in the system as those are always annoying. They need a but more varied commentary. They need to be more realistic with layups as some are too easy to make and some layups to hard for some reason.

well live for me personally is way to quick annd glitchy! everything is slow and out of whack at one moment then you see dwight howard jump from the moon the dunk the ball! live went from the best basketball game out there that you could have then when it hit the next gen systems it went into the shiitter! 2K games arent much better tho with the freestyle you have with running around and attempting blocks often gets a little too freestyle...there should be sweat dripping from the players and lebron taking out his mouth guard to yell at mom in the crowd! ya know THAT is what makes a game come to life....seein kobe talk to KG as hes shooting a free throw THAT is what makes a game seem realistic! have lebron fighting through a sea of arms to make a layup have manu ginobli fall back into the bench after getting fouled on a 3! id LOVE to see that happen!!! they also need to make the players the size they were in 2K6 becuz its absoulutly ridiculous how small palyers got on that d**n game.....have people help on defense for ****** once........id love to see tayshaun prince fly in from the backcourt to pick the ball up off the glass on a dwayne wade layup!! they also need to add a career type mode thats not to fancy pantsy....something like MLB 08 The Show does...not that complicated but its funn for as long as you play it....NBA 08 The Life games can suck my **** juice cuz they do an absoulute terrible job of a carreer mode...its your career you should be able to do what you can for your team and if you cant do a certain goal...your penalized reward points that you already earned....that makes sense to me!!! if they could do things like that....i think that NBA 2K sports basketball games would blow ANY other basketball game out of the water!! that would be the sickest basketball game to ever have been created...i sure as h**l hope someone frm 2K reads this so they can learn something that would make them triple what they already do in sales....cuz as of right now....2K basketball games are terrible
