What do you think they should they do?

I'm doing a role playing assignment for my Civics class. There are basically 6 villages. This year, there is a drought in the river, and there is only a small amount of water left. Some people think that one or more villages should combine and declare war on their neighbours. However, each village has a different population. If they declare war alone, they will lose to the village with the largest population causing them to lose lives. How do we solve this problem?

pray for rain. Wait till it rains. FInd every available source of liquid including juice from fruits etc. pool it and survive till it rains enough to refill the river to it's former level.

well they should not have a war. maybe they can share water. and build up something that can help them get more water or whatever. also if they have a war that has little population then they will die faster. un less they have them good weapons. u know i'm say-in. anyways i hope that this works out for your homework. and i have homework to so i have to get on it. hope it works. bye

Why do people have to die?  Why can't they send scouts to find areas with more water?  Down river should be good.  Then, if there's enough water found, they could work together to move.
