What do you think this dream means???? (Wierd Pregnancy Dream)?

I am 38 Weeks pregnant, so I've been having some messed up dreams, but does anyone have a clue to what this one could mean?

I dreamt last night that my fiance left me for a much prettier woman, but she was a drug user and already had a child. It was really upsetting, and I know it might not mean anything, but it's STILL bothering me!!!

Wow i experienced the same type of dreams alot through my pregnancy! I think it's got alot to do with all of your hormones changing and your body being confused. Maybe if you feel as if you are less beautiful right now or that you cant give your fiance what he needs at this time. I think mine was because i felt insecure when i was pregnant, i didnt feel beautiful at all! It is ok to be upset, that just means that you really care for him! Dont take this too seriously...and remember that pregnancy itself is beautiful!
