Sometimes when im looking at my cell phone or computer i will almost focus out of the screen, like picture a bright light being shine in your eyes then trying to look at something, this is happening naturally though, i had laser in my eyes about month ago, what do you think this is, i dont think its cataracts, im only 17 so i doubt this, any ideas?

  1. I had a friend who could not be in the sun light, because she would go blind from it.  She could stand in the shade, and wear sun glasses, but the light blinded her for a good while.


  2. That happens to me its the same as peolpe who need glasses for reading you need them for when you are on the comp.

  3. Same this happens to me. I am 20. Ill be looking at something and loose focus for no reason what so ever. Its prob your eyes, just go to a eye doctor. I cant cause i have no health insurance :( you prob wont need glasses or anything, maybe years from now though.

  4. People can have cataracts and glaucoma as a child, but that doesn't sound like what you describe.

    If you can't make a full fledged appointment within the next week to have this looked at - go to the mall and stop by a pearl vision or lens crafters to ask the doc if he/she has 2 minutes.

    Yes, you're only 17, but you want to make sure you have vision when 71.
