Here's the quote:

Bella: "Oh, Mike! How will I go on?"

Why did she ask Mike this and what could it possibly be about?????

On Stephenie's myspace she says "Some of these quotes may be humorous, not real, or real. So don't try to kill yourself trying to figure out what it means. Maybe Mike is Frankenstein haha.

It's nothing much!  Bella's obviously talking to someone other that Mike, and using sarcasum like 'Oh no!  A world without Mike!  How will I go on??!?'  Bella wouldn't talk to Mike about anything important.
