What do you think when so many Brits fail to gain Aussie Citizenship, but thousands of Asians & others do?

Obviously, this is a question for those UK residents who strive to gain Australian Citizenship and fail. Why, when so many Asians, Indians, Middle Easterns etc, etc, etc....gain Aussie Citizenship?

Many UK Residents try to move to Australia for a BETTER way of life and opportunity, but fail??? I would actualy prefer a greater Brittish presence to maintain breeding stock, not weaken our gene pool with Indians etal.....Why do you not pass the Grade? When you apply?

It's hard for australians too accept!

But it's true!

Take the beijing olympics for example!

When the brits beat them in the medals tables.

They had to start counting there bronze medals, and taking them into account lmao!

Pretty stupid, considering most australians have a british decent!

I aint got a problem with the aussies myself!

But they seem too have a problem with us!

Which may just prove the jelousy!

But it may be because, alot of people use britain as a stepping stone.

They realise it's easy too come over to britains and become a british citizen, and then they can move to australia due too being a british citizen!

So countries had too get tough of the brits!

Maybe because the people who get citizenship pass the points system entry test? If your friends are failing the test, its not discrimination, its simply that the people who are passing it are unacceptable to you, and you're looking for a reason not to welcome them into our country. Nobody gets preferential treatment, for every 10 people who gain citizenship, hundreds or more are probably turned away. If you want to preserve your "breeding stock" move to the UK...

Where did you get this stats? Maybe for every Brit wanting to come, there's 10 Chinese. This would explain it.

Could be because their trades are more in demand. Or that there are more of them wanting to move to Australia.
