Im 18, starting college in 14 days and havent got my drivers license yet. Its not that Im lazy, I just dont really have a need for them. Im being pressured by everyone to get it.

well if yooh perfer walkin to driving and yooh aint that fussed just let everybody no. its your choie not theirs so dont worry bout it.

I think that's fine. Look at the bright side, you're not contributing to global warming. Just get it when you're ready.

um i think its fine.

if you live in an area that you don't need a driver liscenses, then its no big deal.but if you are totally dependent on other people for rides,then you should probally get one.

also,look into the area that your college is in and see how hard or esy it will be to get around.but if you do decide to get you license,then you should step on it,cause it may be harder when you go off to college if your college is far away from home.

i think "why not"?  You should at least have one, even if you don't plan on driving.  What if you are with someone who is driving and something happens?  You should at least be licensed to drive

Your choice you do what you what. You probably have other reasons not to have one yet. I used public transportation when I started college and it worked out fine for me.

Do whatever you want. It's your life, your possible license. When you're 18, I think it's good to get it though. It would be useful of coursse, and don't you get the test for free? Don't have to take all the extra classes? Something like that.

I think it would be good to get your license, especially at that stage of life, but do whatever you want.
