pluto in capricorn might indicate a rather concealed/unaware, inappropriate abuse of power on a massive scale.

the worst i can imagine falls across the lines of ww3, and the launching of nuclear missiles inappropriately--culminating in the end of the earth--and with the escalating amounts of stupidity ya never know....at least it would be exciting (jk jk....sort of).

remember aquarius is what comes after capricorn, and aquarius are widely known to be humanitarians, something cappy lack and learns the next time around.

the biggest threat I see is that capricorn is the most insensitive sign (overall) of the zodiac.  hitler had a capricorn moon.  capricorn has the ability to be cold, cold, cold. if there ever was a sign to laugh and actually look forward to calamitty, it would be cappy.

now a (badly aspected) libra moon has also beeen known to be capable of rather dastardly actions, but libra (even negative libra) is much, much more positive--not capable of the destruction (scale-wise).

contrary to popular belief, scorpio moons (historically) have not been known to have caused as massive damage.  of course, this is only a informal analysis of moon signs.
