What do you think will happen if American Political Philosophy meets with Economic philosophy?

American Political philosophy says, "All people are created equal."

American economic philosophy says, 'survival of the fittest."

If that were true, the political and economic philosophies would contradict each other. Chaos would engulf the country.

They have already met in the economic policies of Hayek http://www.mises.org/about/3234 who was opposed to von Mises. If we were guided by the principles of economics that von Mises laid down, we would not be in the mess we are in.

If it were, we wouldn't have all of the government programs to help the unfortunate out.
