I think that these people will have to fight their own battles now.  We got rid of the bad guys for them, and helped them all we can.  If they continue to blow each other up, then they won't have anything ever.  They do not have much now, but they seem to be so primitive and fighting among themselves, that it is just a mess.  I don't think it is worth another soldier being killed for, and those people just will have to try to do something good for their country by uniting some way.  If they don't, then it will never be anything but who takes over, and then it will go on and on.  They must try to unite and put their individual beliefs aside to save themselves. The insurgents are just there blowing themselfves up, what else do they have, nothing.  I wish we could save them, but it is a civil war, and we just may have to get out of there.  We have spent tons of money, and too many of our men have been killed.  I believed in the war at first, and I do not want us to admit any kind of defeat it is just their time to do something about their country.  How can we continue with people who are constantly blowing each other up, it is their culture seems like. I have never been there, and don't pretend to understand, but when you see tapes of 9/11, then you have to admit, we had to make a stand, and Saddam was probably helping the terrorists.  It is just draining our country, and time to say, lets put some plan now together to pull out.  I think we have made our point, but the people in Iraq should take over now, and make their own government, security, and such. If it is oil we wanted, it does not look like we got any ...

Because the various factions and sects have never cooperated with each other in the past and will never do so into the foreseeable future, the bloodshed and bombings will go on for years yet. Greed and the pursuit of power will keep the Iraqis at each others throats until there is no one left. That, apparently, is the Muslim way!

Thanks to the American administration's stupidity, meddling and greed for oil among other things, Iraq is in the middle of a civil war that will only intensify once American troops are pulled out. The blood of every Iraqi and every American killed in Iraq, or because of Iraq, is on GW's hands.
