Is it good to do like ten squats (no weights) every couple of minutes? Or is it good to do for losing weight when you are around the house, if so are there other thing I can do while I'm in the house?PS: I wont be using weight I will do ten or more very often but I dont want to end up buff and fat you know with alot of muscle and they look big, I DONT WANT THAT!
