  1. 28th Amendment: The government of the United States, in order to free people from a life of servitude to said government, is no longer responsible for any social welfare programs.

  6. None.  The Constitution is not a document that was meant to be amended just because of the passage of time.

  7. Term limits. The constitution has it for the executive branch, but the legislative branch can get re-elected as many times as they wish. This creates antipathy in congress, grinding the legislative branch to a halt.
