  1. Heat seeking missiles.

  2. Stealth technology does not make aircraft invisible but minimizes the radar signature of the aircraft.  One problem is that it requires munitions to be carried internally and this reduces payload; munitions carried externally increases the radar signature and the use of radar to find targets for a stealth fighter also makes them trackable.  The F-22 is designed to work with AWAC aircraft or ground radar to find the targets and close in before going to the aircraft radar to lock on to targets and if the ground or air radars are not available they are not as stealthy and can be tracked.  The F-117 shot down in the Balkans was a "bad luck" thing as the weapons bay being open makes it vulnerable to ground based radar and the doors were opened near a mobile radar site which allowed it to be seen.  As noted above the heat signature and acoustics are better but still trackable; the Russians had an acoustic array set in large parts of the less populated areas to track US bombers coming in and those could still pick up a stealth aircraft.  The thing to remember is that it is not the current technology you worry about but rather the technology developed to defend against that threat.
